Wedding Cakes

We began Dello Mano with a stall at the New Farm Farmers Market. We were lucky to gather many supporters of our brownies that as couples, would come to the market as part of their bi-weekly routine. It was their wish to transform their enjoyment of our Dello Mano Luxury Brownies into Dello Mano Brownie Wedding Cakes and Dello Mano Brownie Favours. So, we began with Dello Mano Wedding Cakes and Favours. Today we also offer a number of cake types beyond our signature brownie. We are a small family business so we pride ourselves in tailoring to suit our client needs so you can always talk to us about your wishes however we do now have a set range of options from which you can choose. Our Dello Mano wedding cakes are all about the cake and the enjoyment, so we choose great ingredients and sublime experience over lots of decoration or extra large tower cakes. We've created many hundred cakes now for lots of lovely couples including Shane &Tammy Stefanuto who kindly shared their photo with their Dello Mano Luxury Brownie wedding cake (frosted with our own vanilla bean butter cream which perfectly complements our Luxury Brownie.
